How To Return An Item
For each item, tick the reason for return on the returns paperwork provided.
Package the items securely.
Please retain your proof of postage from returns.
Once received in our warehouse, your return will be processed in approximately 5 working days.
If for any reason you are not happy with your products, please follow our Returns Procedure for any new, unworn, or unused products within 30 days of your shipment date. Hunter reserves the right to refuse the return of products, which are not sent back by our procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. How To Exchange An Item
Sign in to your account or enter your order details under the Guest Customer section.
Under the Order History section of your account, locate the order number that contains the item(s) that you wish to exchange and select Exchange.
For each item, select the reason for the exchange.
Select the new color and/or size that you wish to receive. If you need to change the delivery address then you can do it from this section.

All exchanges are at our discretion and subject to the availability of suitable replacement stock. Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain the proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
Returning Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event you have been sent incorrect or faulty items, Contact us stating your order number and we will advise on how to return it.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that are not sent by our returns policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning Faulty Products
This only applies to products purchased via this website that are within warranty. It is essential for both hygiene and for a thorough assessment that faulty items are returned to us in a clean, dry, and presentable fashion.
Refund policy
*Please note, Return labels are not provided to International customers. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase return shipping from a carrier most convenient for them.
Limited release or Sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit; provided they are in their original packaging and are in a resalable condition.
The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
We are not responsible for any returned shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit.
All items' returns must be double-boxed (placed in a separate shipping box) with all original packaging and tags in unused and unworn condition.
Sale items and other goods identified with "all sales are final" descriptions are sold as is with all sales final.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the policy.
